What's included

Every visit,
same checklist.

This is the standard run for a small office. It doesn't change because it's a Friday, or because she's running late, or because nobody's watching.

Need something that isn't on here — interior windows, floor stripping, a post-construction clean? Ask. Most of it she can do; the rest she'll tell you straight.

Standard visit Small office · 1–3 hours

Who she cleans for

Small spaces,
done properly.

Big janitorial companies price around large square footage and send whoever's free. She works the other end of the market — spaces small enough that one person can do the whole thing well.

Small offices

Under about 6,000 sq ft. Professional services, insurance, accounting, real estate, small agencies.

Medical & dental suites

Waiting rooms, exam rooms, and restrooms held to a higher standard, on a schedule that works around patients.

Salons & studios

Hair, nails, massage, fitness, photography. Spaces where the client sees everything.

Retail & showrooms

Front-of-house glass, floors, and restrooms cleaned before you open or after you close.

Churches & meeting halls

Weekly resets after services and events, including chairs, restrooms, and kitchen areas.

Homes — case by case

She takes a limited number of residential clients. Ask, and she'll tell you honestly whether she has room.

Why her

Four things that
actually matter.

One cleaner, not a rotation

You meet her once and that's who shows up. She learns which door sticks, which desk not to touch, and which week the conference room gets hammered.

Her own equipment and supplies

Vacuum, mop, cloths, and chemicals all come with her. Nothing to stock, nothing to store, no closet to give up. Green products on request.

After-hours and weekends

Most offices would rather not be cleaned around. Evenings, early mornings, and weekends are all on the table — pick what stays out of your way.

Insured, bonded, and local

Fully insured and bonded, based in the Indianapolis metro. When something needs sorting out you're talking to the owner, not a call center.

Rates

Plain pricing.
No walkthrough required.

Most small offices land between one and three hours a visit. You'll know the number before she starts, and it won't move without you agreeing to it first.

$75 first hour

$45 each additional hour

One-time cleans, deep cleans, and move-outs. Billed in half-hour increments after the first hour.

Recurring service

Weekly, every other week, or monthly contracts are quoted as a flat rate per visit, based on square footage and what's on your checklist. You get one predictable number to budget against instead of a clock running.

Tell her your square footage and how often you want her, and she'll give you the flat rate — usually the same day.

What clients say

Word of mouth,
mostly.

We went through two national companies in three years. Different people every week, and things just quietly stopped getting done. She's been here since February and I haven't had to ask for anything twice.

She cleans after we close, texts me when she's locked up, and the front glass has never looked better. Our clients notice it, which is the whole point.
